Chestnut & Cape provided construction services for the new Department of Transportation maintenance facility in Rochester, NH. Services provided include structural wood framing. Upon completion, this project featured a new maintenance building with an 11-bay garage and offices, as well as a four-story tall open salt storage building, an 8-bay spreader hanger, and a 2-pump canopied gas station.
